192k miles on it and you still got $5,500? Base, +, or ! trim? Was this at a dealership or third party deal?

That's a lot more money than I would have expect.. my 2013 base 6 speed auto with 50,000 miles is worth between 5700 and 6600 according to KBB
Dealer deal, I figured my Soul + in titanium was worth about 4K & was prepared to buy a new soul without trading in mine & asking 5k & taking 4K on the private market. Of course dealer offer an offer of 2k @ 1st. after another hr with the sales team they got it up to 3500. That was fair for me but it was 8pm & I wanted to come back in morning & refused to sign that night. 10 feet from my car they chase me down & tell me the are calling the GM for a 5500 trade approval, I'm like 2k more to sign now instead of 12 hrs from now. I waited again for 15 minutes, for this final step of the game, when they got approval & we finalized all the other numbers I signed that night, took delivery next day
So yes, $ 5500.00 for a Soul + w/ 193K titanium w worn tires, crack windshield, 2 body infractions & driver seat worn to the steel frame

I drove my 2010 hard, worked 2 jobs out of that car :racing2:

6 months ago traded my 2010 Soul in w/ 192,000 miles

Everything was still working fine, got $5500.00 for trade

I have 10,000 miles in 6 months on my 2017 Turbo !

Souls seem to be as good as it can get for maintenance & reliability . . . .
