eServices software does not connect to UVO on the car. UVO will not do any diagnostics! I can only use the parking minder.
Dealers do not know anything about the eServices app and connection to UVO on the car. They tell me to call Kia. I call Kia, wait for hours on the phone. The Kia agent read the same instructions I get online on the owners.kia.com. Finally after many tries to make the app and UVO work, one Kia agent told me to delete my car from owners.kia.com, wait for 24 hours or more and then connect again. I waited much more than 24 hours and then added the car again at owners.kia.com. Reinstalled the app on my phone, used 3 different usb cables, re updated the UVO system on the car and still will not do the vehicle diagnostics. The app will not connect to the car and the owners.kia.com website keeps telling me that I have to connect the app to the car. No help from Kia or dealer.
