Paint cracking

I have a 2012 Soul which the paint has started cracking. It started on my bumper and slowly cracked around the bumper. This is major cracking. Like an egg as in small cracks but tons of it. I'll have to take a picture I know. I thought it was contained to bumper and was going to fix it with bondo but now I noticed the roof started cracking the same way. The paint still remains on my car it's just severely cracked.
Do I need a whole paint job? Help

Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

Can you post a picture of it? It might be the clear coat failing. Only way to fix that is to repaint the roof.

A quick and dirty way would be to sand the clear down to the base coat and re-clear. Wouldn’t look factory, but hopefully it would look better than the cracked paint.

Apparently some people have had paint issues with the White paint, Snow White Pearl I think it’s called, but that one has clearly and poorly been repainted with whatever white paint they found in the basement.

Yeah, I feel like this exact car/picture has been posted before. That is definitely a repaint, and not the original Kia finish. You will need to have this likely professionally repainted. Good luck.

Mine is silver paint. Thanks. I'll try sanding, paint and clear coat. At this point it can't look any worse
