mine quit years ago, it is the switch on the turn signal stalk in my case, if i turn the switch on and push slightly forward like im going to turn on the bright lights they will come on.

Hey man I just PM'd you.. Ive got the exact same problem - It just started this morning. I push forward just asmide and I see them turn on.. Looks like a faulty switch but since its integrated to the stalk how did you fix yours? Replacing a stalk looks really ugly.
