Page 4-55 in the manual starts the discussion. I assume that you are talking about the outside temperature readout. If you are talking about for the AC system on upscale models, page 4-117.

 

I was just pushing buttons one day, seeing what did what, and wound up changing my outside temp reading to degrees C.
I had one devil of a time getting it back to degrees F. But it's all doable.

 

I have a 2015 Kia Soul that I'm renting while my car is being repaired. I had a really hard time finding out how to change the temperature gauge from Celsius to Farenheit. Finally saw it in the manual. Hold down the Reset Button for 5 seconds and it will change. Hope this helps.
