2020 horn remove and replace

Hello everybody, I actually hit somebody in the back the other day all I got was a cracked grill but when I blow the horn now it's a very low tone and low volume. The horn itself is only a few bucks I just want to know if anybody knows how to get to it without removing the bumper. I searched everywhere I can't find a how to..

You don't have to remove the while bumper but you will need to remove it on driver side and peel it back a bit. Theres a hidden bolt in the top by the latch under a plastic panel, just a heads up, other than that it's just the few clips and screws in the fender liner and lower cover and the one bolt in the corner of the bumper.

I was hoping I could just remove the bottom plastic piece and reach up for it.
