Ok I am stumped. I replaced the turn signal bulb twice and I replaced both sides, and it wasn’t the bulb. I swapped the two front sockets and the dim bulb and fast blink follows the socket, even though both bulbs are new. So, I replaced the socket (from Kia dealer parts), and it still has a fast blink and a dim light. That didn’t fix the issue either. I don’t know what else do check.

That's a great point Nobutter. I'd suggest he move a currently working bulb (not the bulb & socket together) into the suspect socket & see what happens.
