Ok I am stumped. I replaced the turn signal bulb twice and I replaced both sides, and it wasn’t the bulb. I swapped the two front sockets and the dim bulb and fast blink follows the socket, even though both bulbs are new. So, I replaced the socket (from Kia dealer parts), and it still has a fast blink and a dim light. That didn’t fix the issue either. I don’t know what else do check.

May sound like a no brainer, but are you 100% sure you are using the correct bulbs? I know there are many variations of dual filament bulbs, and some, although they look correct, will not work properly because of incorrect voltages or polarity.
