Yes just like that. On the soul, it’s on the other side of the engine. Differently though you don’t need a check engine light to replace it, if it’s 100k miles old you can replace it if you feel like your engine is sluggish.
Did you buy the special socket for its removal? Was it costly? The video states he rented his, but where does one go to rent a socket I wonder?

you can buy one at the auto parts store or on amazon. It was $9 on Amazon for the tool. The sensor itself is the expensive part.

Shesh, for that price why did the guy in the video mention renting one? 🙄
Thanks for the info!

My wife and I took the car in for it's emissions test, which it passed easily. 👍
After a rather hot and humid summer we happened to have a beautiful morning today in the 70s (F) so we were able to drive to the testing station with the windows and sunroof open. The sounds and smells (road fumes) came as a bit of a surprise since we usually drive windows up, A/C on. Sure, it wasn't a drive in the countryside, but still a nice, rare treat! 😁

I installed the rearview mirror with gate opener and compass on my base yesterday. Not particularly hard, but placing the harness under the headliner proved kind of tricky...

One of the 1st mods I did was install a frameless autodim & Homelink mirror. A much needed addition!

Yesterday:
Made a teen driving a focus st with a fart can on the back wonder why he spent so much money on it.
Ya know the Soul 6 speed auto can eat the ford 6 speed manual for lunch?
Both 2.0, you'd think the focus being a much lighter car, bolted to a stick would easily take it, but no...

This Morning:
Found a slug. Randomly on my hood, looked like it had been dropped there or fell out of a tree. But the sucker was munching on the clear coat and paint. It had bored a hole down about 1mm. A slug......
Apparently slugs eat hamsters..

What color is your Soul? I thought it was black.
Now it looks blue!
Is it just reflecting the sky? You have blue skies!
Wait, you can SEE your Soul? Up here my Soul looks brown now ;)
