First time posting...

I own a 2016 Kia Soul + and I want to swap out my factory 17" silver rims for some black ones. I would like to keep the tires I am currently running, 215/55R17 Lemans by Bridgestone Touring All-Season. Does anyone have any recommendations on replacement wheels that would allow me to stick with factory tire size?

Just talked to the guys at Discount Tire and Wheel.

The factory rims on a 2016 Kia Soul + are 17x6 with 5x114.3 bolt pattern and a +55 offset

To go with a different wheel and keep the factory tire size, the optimal wheel size to go with is a 17x7.5 5x114.3 +40 which will stick out approx. 3/8 of an inch.

With that in mind I decided to go with the Vision brand 426 Cross II in Dark Gunmetal.

I'll be getting them installed once I get my taxes back in a few days.

Post pics when you're done!
I can't yet. I'm not up to the minimum post count yet.

Also, I had a last minute change this morning and went with a set of black rims by Liquid Metal (Shadow) because the guys at Discount Tire cut me a good deal.

The Gunmetal Vision rims would have cost $596.02 installed and they got the Liquid Metal Shadows down to $609.70 installed.

Love the new look.

Listed Price Per Wheel: $130x4=$520
Discounted Price: $120x4=$480
Savings: $520-480=$40 (7.692%)

Installed Total/List Price: $680.55
Installed Total/Discount: $609.70
Savings: $680.55-609.70=$70.85(10.41%)

Original Quote For Vision 426 Cross II: $596.02
Actual Install Cost For The Liquid Metal Shadow $609.70
Total "Over Budget" $13.68

I'm not even mad about the "upsell" this time because I like how they look.

Very nice! So +40 with the factory 215s. Can you take a picture straight down the side of the car? Curious about tire to fender clearance. Also, if you line up a straight edge from sidewall to sidewall across the tire (I go straight up from the ground) and butt it into the top center of the fender, how many millimeters can you measure going into the wheel well? Wheel setup I'm thinking of going with is very close to yours, but wider and taller tire.

I guess so, but not intentionally. This one started off as a question about what size I could go with. The other one which you posted is asking what else I can do to improve build upon the change in rims.

Awesome. Thank you so much! Looks like 235/55 on 17x8 +38 just might fit. Might need some camber bolts to lean the fronts in a hair.
Here is what it looks like from the rear with the new wheels.

Definitely, needs a bath that's for sure.
