I just purchased a 2016 Soul! and I love this car !!! The current headlights are the halogen projector with the LED eyebrows. The only upgrade missing are the HID OEM headlights which I'd like to add... It looks like the wires connectors coming from the car will work but the only difference is there are no wires for the auto leveling.... I'd like to know is it possible to splice wires coming from the car to a new connector for the auto leveling.
I saw a tread posted several years back suggesting that this was easy to do but didn't explain the process.
Thank you for you help !!

HID headlites also require a ballast for each bulb....but those will come with a HID conversion kit. I think you'd need a whole new headlight shell that has the leveler built in. No idea how you'd wire that in to a halogen based unit.

You're better off getting a Morimoto H7 kit. The OEM HID is D1S I believe and has different wiring inside the headlights. I'm currently getting the bulbs and ballasts to do my upgrade.

I wanted to do the same, but I found out it's easier using a H7 kit.
