Wish I could remember where I got best price on Maxlife ATF. I just went through literally a few gallons of it while troubleshooting a vehicle a couple months ago. Darn sure has clean fluid now, I'll tell you that.

Hey can you tell me where is the transmission fluid fill hole for 2012 Soul 2.0L 6-speed automatic? Do I have to remove the airbox or other stuff? I was looking in there yesterday, and couldn't see it.

I believe your 2012 6sp auto should have a plug you can use to fill under the airbox. That's where it is on my 2016 6sp auto.

Doesn’t just go adding fluid. That will cause more problems than it will fix. There is no dipstick. There’s a check plug on the front plastic cover of the transmission and the transmission needs to be at operating temperature to check the level. A steady stream of fluid will dribble out if it’s full.
