I have a 2015 Soul. Someone hit the driver side mirror and I replaced it with a used one I found. The turn signal light is not working. It could have been bad when I bought it, but was wondering how to check this. I've taken the light off and looked it over. It doesn't seem to have any cracks or anything, but not sure about the inside of it. Any advice ??? The passenger side turn signal light and all others turn signal lights are working fine.

According to this link, it is 5 watt LED

Resistance should be 28 ohms
Check my math
12 volts * __ amps = 5 watts, so amps is 0.416
0.416 amps/12 volts = 28 ohms
Is the below photo your connector?

On the mirror side, probe pins 5 & 8.
