I’ve been sitting on these lowering springs for a while waiting for time to do struts l. Well that time came this week. They were starting to lose their dampening ability. I was concerned the springs would affect ride quality. They absolutely did NOT! Installed the springs with new Bilstein Struts all around and this little soul has never rode so smooth! No rattles, it’s not bumpy or too stiff, it handles better and way less body roll. It took about 2 hours to do all 4 and it dropped an inch! Hood open is before. Hood closed is after

Looks great! What year is the Soul? How many miles?

So the new ride sits one inch lower than stock in the front?

Quite like the Bilstein shocks and struts on the 4X4 and foresee one day doing the same for the Soul.

Thanks! It is a 2016 with 90k miles on it. The new springs are 1 inch shorter all around. The Bilsteins were affordable and highly rated. I ran their coil overs on my old SHO contour and had great luck with them.

OK, how much is "affordable"? 😏
What year/mileage on your Soul and are these its first new struts? What size tires? Is there still plenty of fender clearance?
Do they really make the car ride/drive that noticeably different?
