I do not. From what I hear all of them could be removed pretty quickly by a determined thief with simple tools.

You could rush out and buy one, but there are all kinds of rumors floating around about Kia maybe offering you one free in lieu of a software update in the next few weeks. For what it's worth.
Get a wheel boot lock instead.

You should be getting a letter in the next month or two Bill for a free club from your dealer.
A club might prevent theft. It depends on the tools a thief has with them. What stops teenage joy riders won't stop a professional car thief.

You put something like a wheel lock/boot on the front wheel of your KIA and MOST thieves are not going to bother with trying to steal it and go for a joy ride.

I didn't want to carry another key so I use a combination style steering wheel club. Maybe the sight of it will be enough to cause wannabe joyriding thieves to pass on the car.

 Use to put a club in my Ford Van when in a strange big city location. When somewhat secure for a short stay, I'd fake the lock being closed. Just lazy sometimes.;) Years ago, a friend got their van stolen in the big city. The technique was to freeze the club and break it off! Now the battery powered cut-off tools make it so easy!

I know of two company vehicles which had the catalytic converters stolen five times or more. Yep, battery powered cut-off tools make a lot of tasks easier (and way faster).

Got a notice from KIA USA couple of days ago, sent me to their website to sign up for a free steering wheel lock...supposed to get it in about 14 days from the sign up date...

20 year? My sister used one on her Plymouth Duster in the 70s-80s.

Catalytic converters, those thugs, they steal those here in Los Angeles in bright daylight. Some even challenge the owners when they catch them in the act. It's big business here it seems. :(

Yeah I think that would be the way to go as well. Besides I usually have plenty of COSTCO latex goves handy.

Haha I didn't catch the grease reference in celronart's post. To the untrained eye grease of an appropriate color would appear to be biological fluid.
