Looks like my Black Soul 4u will be here in a day or two... Been reading lots from this board, and the more I read about the Soul, the more i'm glad I made this choice! Seems like the perfect, fuel-efficient utility vehicle that I was looking for

First thing to do will be to try to install the hood deflector myself... I've decided against clear-braing the whole front end even with the notorious paint chipping issues. Don't want the clear bra to fade or peel and have to re-do it again...

Fuel efficient vehicle???..... have you really read on here?....lol.

Clear bra dosent fade or peel if fitted properly, it should come with a good warranty..... have you ever seen how difficult it is to remove?. The bugsheilds are good but only protect a limited area.

Anyway - enjoy the car and welcome from the UK. Post us some pics when you get and enjoy the scene over there - it seems much more vibrant.

Hellooo Tempest! Fuel efficient is a relative term as I'm changing over to the soul from a 2010 Subaru WRX... Anything will be more fuel efficient than that thing... I estimate I'll likely save $120-150 per month in just gas alone...

So you would suggest the clear bra then? I've been on the fence, reading reviews of both and it just seems like more $$ and hassle to get it installed.
