I'm in Canada.
This car was purchased in Ontario, brought from Quebec.
Sold to me.
I assume this 'glitch' or 'lemon' is not the issue of the dealer where I bought the car.

THE ISSUE:
_
By the clock:
every FIVE to SEVEN minutes, regardless of speed, It has
incessant graphic indicator in the dash display, with a
simultaneous loud audible alarm to "consider taking a break".
I have switched off all alarms via my screen menus, but
There is NO MENU TO DELETE THIS ICON + ALARM.
Perhaps an UPDATE to the SOFTWARE would correct this.

Can someone direct as to how / where to
1 do this update
2 give direction as to apply to upper level Kia management to affect change
3 direct to the Ontario and or Canada government office to affect change
4 am I best to take this to the television network to get much more swift results?
