I have a question. I had a 2012 Soul Exclaim that I had to get rid of. But I still have the two remote start fobs. Can they be reprogrammed if I sell them to someone? Also, what is a fair asking price?

Well, you see them for sale all the time in Ebay, so they have to be programmable.
