Just take your time and rewire it again to be sure. Also, i had changed the head unit to a dvd touch screen once on my trailblazer and i had the same issue. I had to purchase a special harness adapter for it at the time for it to work. Check (Crutchfield: Car Stereo and Audio, Speakers, Home Theater, Pro Audio, TVs) or (https://www.sonicelectronix.com/)websites, they sometimes will say something about your issue. hope this helps.
