I have a 2013 Soul !. Suddenly the screen for the entertainment/navigation system will not come to life. The radio still works and the touch screen function seems to be working since it gives a little chirp when I touch certain spots in the lower portion of the blank screen.

The troubleshooting guide in the back of the User's Manual suggests that the "brightness level has been set to the lowest level" and the solution is to "adjust the brightness to a higher level." The problem is that I cannot find where or how I can adjust the brightness level.

Help, Richard

Problem apparently solved.

In case anyone else experiences this situation, my solution was to remove the radio/GPS/navigation screen from the dashboard. (I watched a couple of YouTubes to learn how to do this) I then disconnected the six different plugs on the back of the unit. I shot them with a spritz of contact cleaner and reconnected them.

That seems to have fixed the blank screen problem and now all functions are working properly.
