I've already cleaned the IAC Valve and throttle body + Idle relearn. Still same problems encounter

Based on Obd2 readings Idle was 682rpm, When A/C turned on it goes to 588rpm, then goes back to 657

Everything you typed sounds normal to me.
So, the rpm does not change when the A/C is turned on?
Usually it does. You typed that it does, and I said that sounded normal.
It does a little but settles down. It’s not like an old carbureted engine.

so it will burst for 1 sec and will go back to previous rpm?

Yeah, totally normal.
Seems my problem is unrelated to IAC

The compressor clutch engaging puts a big load on the engine, especially at idle.

Do i need to check this on mechanic? The rpm was short of 45rpm

??
When A/C is turned on, there is a vibration , the engine load increased yet the rpm decreased

If you’re talking about the desired rpm the computer wants and the actual rpm. It’s not going to be dead on. A small variance of 45 rpm is perfectly fine.

Idle 682, ac on 657 that’s only 25 rpm. What’s the problem? it sounds normal.

(instead of updating your original post, just post a new one in this thread. Makes it easier to follow rather than going back to the top every time you change something)

Vibration, it seems the engine rpm is not enough when the engine load went from 25% to 35%
Mine has done the same thing since day one...it just seems to take the computer a second or two to recognize the extra load and compensate for it...

Mine was every A/C turned on. The diagnosis was the cause of vibration came from my radiator fan
