Melbourne Australia

Hi, I have not been to Australia but I do feel the interest of researching about the place. Upon a few minutes of reading, I have encountered that Melbourne is the most populous city in the state of Victoria, and the second most populous city in Australia. It is said to be that this place Melbourne is packed with so many attractions. You will see beautiful places like lush park ,grand libraries and museums. Actually, what caught my attention are the photos of Melbourne Cricket Ground which they considered as one of the world's great sporting ground. I just imagined to get there and see the actual destinations, any recommendations?
