so was commuting home from work, stopped at a red light and was rear ended

I am wondering if you guys might know how long this will take to get fixed or if I should just let it slide?

seems minor. dont let it slide if you got insurance info about the second party. let them pay for the damage. your insurance premium will go up if you get it fixed using your insurance.

dont let it slide. The black part is a seperate peice, so its easy to replace and there should be no painting required. Should be an easy fix.

I agree:mad:
Take them to the cleaners!
There is no excuse for hitting the back end of a Soul. It is big square and flat and it has some of the largest and brightest lights out there. Not only that... your Soul is Orange

Get it looked at by a body shop. You never know if parts you can't see were crushed or jostled out of position. Before you let it slide, find out what you (well, they) are in for.
