Hi All

I have looed all over and am a bit confused here..
I have searched for the 16" fitment size tire for the Soul and have read that the suggested size is 205-55-16.

Thios SIZE is showing that it is too small

Stock Tire - 225/45R18 >Search Tires Tire 1 - 205/55R16

Speedometer Difference: - Speedometer Difference: 4.420% too fast
Diameter Difference: - Diameter Difference: 4.24%

Can anyone lean in here to advise/confirm?

Thanks
Frank

IMHO;)
I feel that the 205/60-16 is the best fit for a 16" wheel as replacement for the 18" wheels and tires. It is only 1.1% shorter and excellent match.:D
It is a little thinner and it has a slightly taller sidewall so it will ride a little different in comparison. I believe this is a small price to pay for such a close match.

Secondly it is a very popular tire size and you should be able to find a lot of really good quality tires at reasonable prices.

Caution:
The side wall on the 205/60-16 will flex more than the 205/55-16 and quite a bit more than the 225/45-18 sidewall. Your driving style may have to be adjusted to accomidate this change.
