This is a question for those who have put in aftermarket HIDs. Were your beams aimed WAY too high after putting in the HID bulbs, or were they pretty much the same as with the regular? Mine are aimed too high, and they're hitting oncoming drivers right in the face on the highway.

Just wondering if anyone else had noticed this...

well if they are high adjust them down lol I can't speak for plug and play but most people who do projector retrofit's like mine have to aim them lower

I replaced the original H4 bulb with 5500 K aftermarket ones. I had to adjust the light lower and it made a big difference.....The illumination is much better.

Alright, thanks guys! Just making sure I don't have a messed up kit. I love the illumination, but I'm getting tired of other drivings flashing me on the street!

just my factory beam seems adjusted too high so im sure if you just lower it a bit you'll be fine

Just installed an HID set yesterday and the difference is amazing. They look well enough adjusted but i'll attempt to fine tune the level for optimal performance.
