Howdy all! I am looking for a wiring diagram for the wiring harness that plugs int the driverside door of a 2014 kia soul. also 1 for a 2013. I have a 2014 that i installed butterfly doors (which is downright bad a$$) and i need to add 4 inches to the door harness to open all the way. I ordered 1 and they sent me a 2013. the clips are a little different but i wanted to see if the colors were the same. Thank you very much.

Ok here's where I am at. I have to splice my drivers side door wiring harness from door to car. Passenger side is perfect. Drivers side wired too short and so I took the harness out of the door and for some really dumb reason I cut all the wires at once. Now I am stuck with duplicate colors and don't know which colored wire matches what pin. Bwdz75 was kind enough to share a pic of the harness at the door but I also need the assigned component to each numbered pin. Any helpers? Perhaps by color. Thanks all!

So it would be easy to show you the connector picture with all the pins and what wires are on them on a newer one, unfortunately Kia's schematic diagrams from 10 years ago are not as good so you would have to look up every diagram for every system in the door. You didn't even tell me which options you have as all those diagrams will be different if you have auto down window, power mirrors, heated mirrors etc.. etc...
Anyway, trying to help here so hope this helps. If you look at my pics those are your door systems and possible combinations, most of them, you can figure out the speaker I'm sure. So the connector is FD11, look for that connector on each diagram, I zoomed in on it for your in one of the pictures and snipped it. FD stands for floor-door, 11 is driver door, 21 is pass door, 31 rear door etc.. that's how the diagrams work. You will see the number of the pin on the connector next to the wire color. If you look at the connector pictures I posted earlier you will see the pin numbers and their location. So the way Kia connectors are numbered for the pins is that if the connector has female terminals (not female connector but just the pins) then the top right pin with the connector lock tab up is going to be number 1. If it has male terminals (look at those pics from earlier) then the top left pin will be number 1. I am sure you can match it up based on colors in the diagrams if there is any confusion. The way I always remember is simple "women are always right" lol.
