Door and hood sound like somethings loose

So my hood definitely has something loose in it. Every time I open it, I hear something slide from the front to the back. The doors, all 4 of them sound like dirt falling inside of them if they get slammed. I have a 3 year old with a temper, so it happens a lot. Any idea what could be loose in all 4 doors and what's inside my hood?

No clue on your doors, but my hood does the same thing. Then I read on here it is pretty common but I forget what they said comes loose on them. Insulation or something maybe.

I wanna take the doors apart here one day to get better speakers and pop a dent (possibly) so I'll figure it out then, but I just have no idea off hand what it could be. The hood is annoying.

You should try your ideas and don't care about other people's thoughts or complaints. The sunroof is really expensive but it will work well if you replace or maintain it regularly.
