Want to replace the projector halogen headlight assembly for HID OEM headlights
I just purchased a 2016 Soul! and I love this car !!! The current headlights are the halogen projector with the LED eyebrows. The only upgrade missing are the HID OEM headlights which I'd like to add... It looks like the wires connectors coming from the car will work but the only difference is there are no wires for the auto leveling.... I'd like to know is it possible to splice wires coming from the car to a new connector for the auto leveling. I saw a tread posted several years back suggesting that this was easy to do but didn't explain the process. Thank you for you help !!

What about buying LED bulbs since you already have a projector housing?

I tried that but couldn’t fine any LED lights that would fit. The fans would not allow the dust covers to be reinstalled and the light on the drivers side would fit at all due to the fuse box being in the way

For the dust caps, you can buy universal dust caps here - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073D4RSXJ

You feed your LED lights through that dust cup and it will seal up the housing.

These are not my pics but 3rdknd shared them with me so I can get a better idea of how to install. You need an LED kit with shorter heatsink/fan unit.

The universal caps is something I hadn't thought about, have to remember if I decide to do anything like this.

I'd recommend exploring further with LED
HID lights are expensive, the ballast is expensive and life of either is no where near LED
