wondering why you are asking as that should be standard on your model :think It's only the base model that its optional, + and ! its standard

(Canadian models its standard on all models)

It didn't come with my + that I bought. Not even mentioned on the window sticker. hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

It's not on my window sticker either, but I have it. Some salesman might have snagged it out of your's to throw in a base he was selling. I would talk to the dealer about it.

I will be calling tomorrow! I don't see in anywhere on the Kia site as standard though. Think I need to get some definite paperwork to take to the dealership.

Look at the last item under "seating and trim" in the 2013 brochure (USA). The tray is standard on + and!. Don't let your dealer tell you any different.

Wow, after looking at that brochure.... I purchased a armrest too and it was not included, but is standard with the plus. WTH..... ugh

Yeah, really need to check everything when you take delivery of the car. Mine didn't come with the sealant for the tire repair kit; had to go back to the dealer and they took one off another Soul on the lot. So I assume another customer will get screw until they encounter a customer that don't bother to check...

it's on this site which is what I checked before making the comment just to make sure. 2013 Kia Soul Features & Options Windows stickers are only highlights not every single item on the vehicle.

However, when you go to the dealership just look in another + model on the lot before you even talk to the salesman with regards this missing item. Unfortunately you can't use my photo as a guide as its a Canadian model.
