I have a 2013 Soul and have always been able to access my list from my UVO....music works and I can receive incoming phone calls, BUT my list "disappeared!
When I hit DOWNLOAD it acts like it is downloading even says so, but NOTHING. I have tried WITH USB and without but it won't "pull" my contacts from my phone. Can anyone help??
