Hello from Deep East Texas! I have a 2014 Soul Base with a 6sp manual gearbox. I have installed factory cruise, per instructions found here(THANKS), and also have installed Storm lowering springs and a PCR chip(minor gains if any). Also installed some cheap little window covers on the rearward triangular windows and some graphics on the sides (not pictured). Today, my techs in service, I work at a local Kia dealer, are installing my FREE set of 19 inch Cadenza wheels and I am so freaking stoked! Will update this post with pics later, but can anyone tell me if I should be worried about rubbing with my lowered suspension and a 3 inch larger wheel and tire setup? I feel like I should PROBABLY be ok, but I would be lying if I said I wasn't worried about destroying my fenders the first time I turn a corner! THanks for all the helpful advice so far and I look forward to learning more from y'all!!

Welcome to the forums. Quick question. What model year are those Cadenza wheels from?
The rim is 8 inches wide. And has a 245/40 tire.

My turbo has 235/45 and has room to spare ( on width).
My prediction is that since you got lowering springs, it will be a tight fit. But you shouldn't have any problems with it.

Post pics when you have them on.

They're 16/17 19x8 wheels. I dug a set of 235/55r19s out of our tire pile to mount for the time being.

But then one of my techs decided to wreck the tire balancer this afternoon. So, I get to wait a few days... ?

Yeah, was looking at the Sorento S in the showroom with the same setup this am and I am thinking the same.

Not torching the Check Engine Indicator, so no computer codes … intermittent; with and w/o A/C running; whether just started or after traveling a distance; got appt with Kia Service next week; any others having similar issues? This is the base model - no fancy bells/whistles … has been getting scheduled 5K maintenance from dealer.

Welcome. Sounds like you need to put a bottle of Techron in a full tank of gas, if you haven't already. Can't hurt and most likely will help.

Possible bad gas? Have you been running top tier and/or using a Techron type product?

Maybe a bad plug?

Hopefully the dealer finds it quickly for you.

All the best.

Storm Lowering Springs and OEM Cadenza wheels works great! Was a little worried about ride quality coming from the stock 16s, but it rode awesome! Just need those center caps...

Still a lot left on the to-do list, but the Demon Hamster definitely got an attitude adjustment today!
