Anyone else out there experiencing annoying rattling of the seatbelts in the retracted position?

there are clips for the belts on the wall for the rear seats.

In my van, I use a small, square piece of 1/4" thick felt on the pillar trim behind the buckle. Problem solved.

Are you referring to the front passenger belt? Mine always slaps against pillar. I always make sure it is fully retracted but that doesn't make a difference. Does everyone have this problem? Any other ideas besides velcro?

hasn't been a problem so far OP didn't state whether he was talking about the fronts or the rear.

Mine will do this as well. One of the more annoying rattles in an other wise brand new car.

The front passenger belt will hit against the plastic. Put a small piece of felt on the backside of the plastic. The back seats will also clang around unless you have them tucked into the holder.

^^^ That's what I did too. I got an 8"x10" Sheet of Adhesive-Backed Felt at the Craft Store, cut out a piece for each Seltbelt (Passenger & Both Rear.....), wiped the application area down with an Alcohol Pad & Dried it, then stuck it right where the Belt hits. Works like a charm!
