yep -last month they had a deal for souls that would have given me a 282 per month lease payment on a 2u(tax incl.) (1 k lease credit + 0.9 lease rate .

now the current deal spits out 302

If a dealer tried to charge me an administration or pdi fee I'd walk away. When I bought my soul there was a mandatory by law $78. tax & license registration fee, I chose to go to the DMV and do that myself and the dealer actually refunded the $78. fee without my asking.
