Yikes I’m sorry this is happening to you! I got that same message once when I put my car in reverse. I am nervous about it happening again so I just keep a toothpick in button that turns off the feature to permanently keep it off. Keep us posted if they find the cause in case it happens to me again!
2022 AUTO STOP ALARM WHEN I PUT THE CAR IN PARK
I have a 2022 Kia Soul Turbo with less than 1000 miles on it. Several times in the last 6 weeks I will get an alarm and the following display when I put the car in park after driving. AUTOSTOP IS OFF. SHIFT TO P or N TO START ENGINE. My engine is literally running and the car is in park. Any idea what is causing this? My car has been at the dealership for a week with no answers. The car had the issue when I dropped it off so the technician and service manager were able to see it happen for themselves. None of them had ever seen this issue before. Help!!!
