2021 Soul S 3 horns dead so far

I have lost 3 horns on my Soul S with only 18,000 miles on it. Dealer took 2 days to verify it was a bad horn the last time. I took it to my private mechanic shop and they identified the problem as the horn is mounted so it fills up with water when taken thru a car wash or driven in the rain. Dealer stated they had to install them that way as that is how it was designed. So when it is full of water and you power it, it blows the coil out inside. Water and electric don't mix. Anyone else seeing this?
