My 2019 Soul has recently started making a sound like a flapping noise only when ai have my foot on the brake, like at a red light. If I let off the brake or put it into park, the sound goes away. I had the brake pads changed this last month. It made the noise before and still does. Any ideas? As an older solo female, would like some opinions before heading to a repair shop.
