I have an update error code that even my kia dealership never heard of. It is error code 604, 605 or 611. It changes randomly but gives the same message. "Updating has failed. Please check and try again." I have tried the pin reset. That didn't work. I killed power to the cars battery for a while. That didn't work. Kia online support has not responded in weeks. Anyone else have the same issue?

Call UVO tech support. Dealerships don't handle software issues very much on the systems and if UVO determines it is a hardware error then the dealership would replace it.

update got mine fixed, hold down the settings and radio button for 10 seconds until the screen goes black then let it try to update if it still doesn't work do the soft reset(pinhole) and then it should go back to main screen then start the update over again, it worked for me

Sofware errors are there, they are slow at responding, furthermore, I now do not have access to the Android settings, totally gone, when or whom do we scream at!
