After a rainy night, water literally poured in from driver side pillar area. First time. I never use the factory sunroof. Repair shop wanted $300 before even starting to look for a leak. Maybe i can troubleshoot first? Suggestions?

You likely have a blocked drain, use a can of compressed air and blow down the drain.

Ok. Will do but- Where are the drain holes located,?
There should be one at each corner, you will need to figure out where they are.

Pat, are you speaking about the sunroof's drain?
If that the case here's a video I easily found through a quick YouTube search explaining what the drain should look like and how to clean it (applies to most vehicles):

If that the case here's a video I easily found through a quick YouTube search explaining what the drain should look like and how to clean it (applies to most vehicles):

Very good, video, although I would recommend using a low air pressure if using a compressor. The rubber drain can get blown off the drain stub if using excess pressure.
