Hey everyone just wondering what is up with the back up camera it always shows a black screen with just the red yellow and green lines and wondering what is up with it. And as well where to find how to reset my radio I can’t find it anyway. Tia

You most likely need a new camera. It appears that your radio is working just fine, that black screen with lines is usually the camera having gone bad. You can check the plug at the camera and you should have around 6.5 volts going to it just to make sure it's getting powered up properly. If you use a back probe on the connector and have someone put car in reverse you will see the voltage fluctuate quite a bit with a bad camera and stay pretty steady with a good camera.
