wheel cover

Hi I’m trying to remove the wheel rim covers or hubcaps? to put an anti-rust covering on the actual metal rim itself. I don’t Know if they’re snap on or need to remove lug nuts. Please help

Hi guys! Does anyone know where I can find 15" bolt-on wheel covers in black for the 2012 Soul? All I can find are snap-ons. I have never used these before and my main concern would be theft or losing one while driving. Any advice or direction is appreciated. Thanks.
