With my tire repair kit inside of my 2012 Base, there is this ring-like bolt. What the heck does it do or where does it go? The instructions don't show any use for it, and I see nowhere that it can be attached to.

Has anyone successfully hacked the led light speaker rings to make a new color other than the standard 8(ish) color options? I want to make a brown option to match my Redrock edition. I assume that voltage is the key, but I'm no electrical engineer.
I figured a way to install front aftermarket speakers while keeping the front stock speaker lights! Check out the pictures! Anyone need help or questions just ask! Not to hard!! I put two-way speakers in for now and will attempt to change out tweeters or put components later!
I just couldn't wait and installed my new Clover Fuel Door and Tempest Grill Trim Ring. The fuel door matches my summer rims. Easy to install with just two bolts. It even had the hole for the fuel cap leash. What do you think?
I have the UK Soul Tempest (the replacement to the Samba version)....the Samba had the glowing speakers but the Tempest hasnt. The Tempest has the new interior and has the speakers with the chrome rings on the outside edges. The pictures i have seen of the new ghost model show these same...
