Hey, Just joining the forum to check things out. I got here when I was trying to find a way to easily create a playlist for a USB drive. - It seems that there isn't any really easy way to do it. I would have hoped that it was a simple thing.

Any ideas? I am new to the Kia Soul family having purchased this 2016 about 2 weeks ago. Completely - my lack of understanding can be 'operator error". I also can't exactly figure out what kind of audio system I have. My audio does not match any pictures/videos anything I can find online...

When a phone call comes in, Phone Ringer plays a "musical tune" that is not changeable. I have tried to make the change to something else (possibly a normal "ringing sound") and have not been able to do so. Is the "Musical Ringer Sound" locked in the factory software and cannot be changed? HELP!

My Stereo keeps switching from radio to USB music on its own I'll put it back on the radio and before one song it switches back to the USB music. It just started doing this. We've had very cold temps this last week, not sure if that is afecting it. Any ideas?
