I have found that the license plate lamps do not light. The bulbs are confirmed as working and all other lamps works. Does anyone have wiring diagrams and locations of connectors related to the license plate lamps they can provide. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

only the license plate light on a 2010 Soul (everything stock and very basic). New bulbs don't fix it and the fuses look OK. Any experience with this out there or is it just mine that's gone wonky? What next?
