calipers

Well I purchased a set of calipers off eBay that were fully loaded and I had them powder coated. Here are some pictures. I'll be selling the one's on my vehicle once I swap them out for a very good price. Only thing they wont have is pad's.

Wasn't sure how blue was going to look, but saw too many reds, and the wife said NO to yellow, so blue it was! Slight pain to do, as I took the calipers off the pads to do my painting. I used VHT caliper spray paint (readily available at Autozones and other places all over). It supposedly...

Not sure if this is the right place to put this.. But... I finally got my break calipers painted tonight... Let them dry overnight, and then put everything back together tomorrow. :) Will post more pictures when all is done.

Okay, so I painted my calipers this past weekend. Red. Nice. Sweet. Observations: Getting the high quality (I'm being sarcastic) organizer tray out was a real treat. Why didn't they make a hook or something to hold up the lid back there? Saw my spare, jack, etc for the first time. More high...

Went for something a bit low key here. Wanted to be able to clean them and keep em looking right through those factory 18" wheels. Also if I ever need to replace one in the future the paint is readily available from Eastwood. Tell me what ya think.

I will attempt to paint...ummm...ONE caliper this weekend. I know...it'll look sorta stupid having ONE caliper bright red for a week or so, but right now it's so HOT here in San Diego. I also don't really have a lift to pick the whole car up and have all the wheels up and off, so I'm just using...

I'm waiting to get my Soul (it's ready tomorrow!) and I'm thinking about some minor mods. I'm getting the red one, and thinking about painting calipers to match. Any suggestions on how to make them not look shoddy?

Hey, I've seen these on other cars, and they look really neat. I couldn't find any online for my Soul yet, but im thinking about having mine powder coated. Anybody know the in's and out's of trying something like that?
