  1. Poly Mounts in anti-rotation/torque arm mount

How To / DIY (Gen 1)
Incase anyone was wondering, the Veloster poly engine mount inserts fit in the Soul too. I had to sand down the outside perimeter of mine, to get them to fit, as they were a bit too wide(I think it was just poor quality control). This is the anti-torque mount that sits on the bottom of the...
  2. Front control arm ball joints?

    Soul Problems (Gen 1)
I replaced the driver one at 80k. Now passenger side is sloppy at 100k. Why worn out so soon? I never had a car that they wore out so fast. Two cars i had and they lasted pass 200k. One car that i replaced them was at 160k.
  3. Arm console extender

    Aftermarket modifications (Gen 1)
I love my new 2017 Soul EX Premium, but it does not have what my 2012 Soul did which is an is an arm rest attached to seat. I do find the driving position a bit awkward and would like to be able to extend the console somehow. I have seen on other higher end vehicles that the console extends...

    New Member Introductions
Love my 2016 Soul. The only thing I find uncomfortable with is that it feels like I have nowhere to rest my left arm while driving. The door armrest is to low to be comfortable Maybe because I am tall. Does anybody else notice this and is there any way I can add a fold down armrest on the...

    Soul Problems (Gen 1)

  8. Anyone know how to take the rear wiper arm off?

How To / DIY (Gen 1)
If so, can you tell me? I need to take the entire arm off, not just the blade. I want to leave the motor in place. I see the little dust cover pops off and on but beneath that looks like a nut holds the arm on? If the nut has to come off how do I hold the motor shaft to keep it from turning? TIA.

  10. Driver's Arm Rest

How To / DIY (Gen 1)
Just for fun, I made myself an arm rest for the driver door. The OEM arm rest is not very comfortable and too low for Tall guys. So first I made a paper template of what I wanted. Then I transferred that to some thin wood. Then I glued on some carpet padding. Then I stapled on some...

    Soul Problems (Gen 1)
has anyone cracked any cd cases beside me??? have you noticed that if you place multiple cd cases in your arm rest and, if they slide to the rear of the space and you try to close the cover, the hinges will break the cases. bad engineering. either the space needs to be deeper or the hinge...
  19. Center arm rest

    Soul General Discussion (Gen 1)
For most of you I'm sure this is not a deal breaker, but I am kind of weird about stuff like that. Do you just get use to not having one? Is it a factory option at all? Aftermarket?

    Soul General Discussion (Gen 1)
Just wanted to see if someone can ease my mind on 2 different questions.... A) For all non-burner models sold in Canada I believe the Roof rails are standard. Does anyone know if you can opt not to have them installed? Or is it possible to remove them (prob not guessing they are drilled into...
