Ordered springs July. 14 from them. Got a confirmation email. Haven't heard a word from them since. I have emailed them 4 times with no word. No replies no nothing. I have checked my spam box so they can't use that as an excuse.

I'm not even expected my springs. Well..technically now I am. I just wanted to know the status of my order.

So can anyone offer any assistance.

 

I can't speak for EF (evo fusion) Auto USA, but a four to six week delivery time is not unusual with most companies for larger/heavier packages.

I'm not sure if you've purchased spring sets before but you might be quite suprised at how large the box is and how heavy a box of four springs can be. Unless you requested express air shipment (which costs a lot) the spring kit will be shipped by ground transport.

From personal experience, and having had to work around those sites for the past 10 years now, this is a common problem. Usually it ends out with either a refund, or the part showing up without any notice and the vendor insisting all of a sudden they either never got an email because of "email problems", or that there was no need for a reply because there was no update.

Search their names on any of the usual Hyundai/Kia forums, and you'll see other folks opinions and thoughts on them. There's already been a few of these incidents here.

Also on a side note, if they are coming from overseas, they will be shipped by surface (ship) and it takes time.
