Instruction sent, just holler if you don't get them.
Awesome Mike !
Cant wait to get this and the damper for my Soul. What brand of lowering should I go with fellas? I have a 12 base if that matters.
Ok guys I have been working with Mike from SSD to retrofit the new 3-point strut brace for the 2010-2011 Soul and I am happy to say they are finished and ready for ordering. Here are some install pics.
Ok now on to talking about the struct brace and engine damper. I just installed both of these on my 2010 Soul and all I can say is WOW. The first time I turned the wheel while driving caught me off guard. Instant response. I was blown away and still can not quite believe what a difference it made. If you want better handling you can feel YOU NEED TO GET THIS. I have had strut braces on some of my other cars and they were "ok", but this 3-POINT brace is a different animal all together. It is so much stronger and tighter. Now as far as the engine damper goes it does what it says. Better throttle response at all RPM's. Again I was blown away that something so simple could make such a dramatic improvment. I know alot of bolt ons are gimicky but not these, they work and I would pay double to get something that can make my car drive and handle better and be happy for doing so. If you have been putting off ordering because you were not sure if they really made a difference don't. Trust me. Also both of these are very easy to install.

Any chance someone can record and post a video of before & after of the visual differences of this bar in action. I did a search on youtube and there are some nice before and after comparisons. I am very interested in this upgrade but would like to see some visual evidence of what all this talk is about. Thanks!
What do you mean " in action"? If you have a Soul look at the engine bay then look at the pics here with it installed. As far as what the bar does, there is nothing to see. You FEEL it. There is normal flex in the shock towers when turning. A strut brace acts like a sway bar at the top of your suspension. It helps to lessen the flex or get rid of it all together. You get better handling and tighter turning. Trust me you will notice it immediately.
