Thread: HSD Coilover Interest

What, exactly does this do to the quality of the ride? I thought it made the ride harsher even while giving the driver more road feel.

the purpose is to be able to adjust the height and rebound of your suspension / body.

do we have any updates??? i know there are more updates on SH but i couldn't get to their site from my location... i hope they could post more photos of the ride there & here as much as they became excited when they heard about HSD makin a set of coils for the SOULs.

Well enthusiasts I got my 2010 KIA Soul Sport back yesterday with the coilovers installed. When I picked up the car the installer told me that he had just finished test driving the car and that I would be very pleased with the results. After having driven the car around around for about 15 minutes, all I can say right now is that the ride is fabulous! So smooth and NO harsh traverse over any bumps or holes, and the car is down low also. These coilovers work. These are the pictures I posted today

Nice... but i hope i could see more photos of the car itself sitting w/ this awesome set. I wanna see how low would it get compared to the lowering springs.

Thanks for the link! More to save up for! I have Eibach pro-kit lowering springs and have lowered my Soul 2" another member got these coilovers and his car can be lowered even further by far, plus they are adjustable so they can be lowered one day and raised again the next.

With HSD you can set them pretty low where it will sit as low as the height of your Tire or a bit lower...Guys these kits offer the smoothest ride quality you could imagine for its price tag..)
One of the members that found this find has installed pictures over on SH forum....HE didnt wan to slam the car down because he wants to drive it in the winter and was told its about about 1.5 lower than STock..
COilovers will sit alot lower than the avaliable Springs for the Soul
