and i should add that i was able to talk the dealer down to 14.5...only reason i didn't go with any extra packages is because it is so much cheaper to buy the stuff yourself and add it to the car yourself.
The dealers are not moving off the MSRP of $15319 for a 2013 Base/ manual transmission here in NY.. They say their is a shortage and selling extremely well. They even want to charge $150 for the center console-armrest. If I'm to pay MSRP, their going to have to throw in some more goodies.
Negotiate the Out the Door Price. It's easier to compare that way. Tax Tags License Fees and other crap can get tossed in last minute to catch you off guard. It's just easier to deal with the OTD price and let them adjust their fees and price to match
Mine is a 2010 Soul + (manual trans)
I bought it for $12,700.
I had a trade in for $2000. and $5000. cash.
My payments are $154.00 per month.
I had to buy the extended warranty, and couldn't get approved for a new one through my local dealer.
(I think they screwed up- reading my credit report)
The $15319 is the out the door price.
Used 2012 Kia Soul+ with no options 1 owner, not a rental, 9,400 miles, paid 17,000 at CarMax. Better than the one at the local kia dealer with triple the miles for the same price.
